SRG: Well, there's this piece I've started on, but I don't know what it's going to be yet. It might be a clarinet concerto. I don't really have specific things that I'd like to do until I have some actual material that I'm working with. The only thing I'm really interested in work ing on is the piece I've already started. I don't really sit around thinking, "Gee, I'd really like to write another symphony, or an opera," or anything like that. In fact, until I actu ally have some specific musical material, it seems impossible to conceive of doing any thing. lil
