The congress included both merchandise and iuthiers' displays, providing an opportunity to review and purchase new music, newly released CDs and other materials, and to try out the many instruments on display. Here, Peter van Zandt looks on as Lucina Homer plays a viola in the iuthier's display.
The Romantic Viola was the theme ofthe afternoon sessions on Day Two. Chriwpher johnson of Oxford University Press gave a wonderfUL lecture on the works ofRebecca Clarke, including a mixed-media presentation ofthe newly published work Morpheus.
