Minutes of 1992 board meeting

Moved and seconded that the minutes of 1992 AVS Board Meeting at Idyllwild, California be approved. Motion carried.

VI. Discussion of mail balloting dated 4/4/93. ratification ofTatton as vice-president Kella appointed as board member to replace Tatton chapterization business

Moved and seconded to approve the mail ballot response to de Veritch letter ofApril 4, 1993. Motion carried.
